Your Digital Painting

Follow these guidelines for the perfect photo: 

- Good lighting is key

- Take the photo with the pet sitting upright and at eye level with the camera.

- Close up images are the best, so the artists can see your pets unique features.

- Make sure all the facial features are in the image(including the ears)

- Portrait mode on iOS works great.

Our artists go through an in-depth photo quality review, so you have nothing to worry about.

If they see the quality of the image can be better, we will contact you via email.

All pets are welcome into Pet Creatives. This includes: Dogs, Cats, Birds, Frogs, Horses, etc.(the list goes on)

Exception: We do not do art for humans, strictly only pets.

Our artists take 3 days to complete your artwork. Once it is made, the design is now ready to be printed on your product. 

The Art is all made by our team of professional artists(no apps, no image cutouts, pure art).

Our artists use a wide range of digital design techniques using  the softwares photoshop and illustrator. They work hard to capture your pets unique characteristics to produce the most incredible masterpiece. 

Shipping/RETURNS

Yes, we do ship worldwide, directly from the United States. Anywhere in the world, you can get our digital paintings:)

All our shipping times exclude the art creation. Please allow and extra 3 days for artwork creation.

Shipping Time and Prices 

United States:

Standard US Shipping (3-5 Weeks): $8.95

Express US Shipping (5-6 Business Days): $14.95

International & Canada:

Standard International Shipping (2-4 Weeks): $14.95

Express International Shipping (1-2 Weeks): $19.95

Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email.

After 3 days of order placement, we will begin printing the design and once it ships out, you will receive a notification. Keep a lookout:)

It depends on the situation. Due to the nature of our custom products, we do not usually offer refunds, but there are some exceptions. 

Exceptions: If the product arrives damaged/broken, we can resend the order or offer a full refund.
