I really loved the idea of this product. I was slightly disappointed that they put longer hair on a very very short haired pitty but I overlooked it. I also feel that there was a lack of precision around the edges of the image of the dog. I could easily see where the image had been photoshopped. Being a retoucher and editor myself, I was Pretty disappointed in that.

It was actually a pretty awful experience. The communication was good, but the delivery was awful. We ordered at the end of November and did not receive it until mid January. Because our image got “missed” by the designers some how. And we also received zero notification of shipment.
